MEET THE TEAM

Joseph Smogard graduated from Case Western University in 2011 with a degree in Management with a Concentration in Finance and a Minor in Political Science.  Upon graduation, Joseph worked for PNC Bank as an Auditor.  In 2014 Joseph decided to start working for himself instead of for a larger company and founded the MyPhilly.House Team. 

Joseph grew up with a family business New Construction and has been able to use his background in Finance and Construction to offer help and guidance to his clients throughout the buying and selling process.  He has the unique ability to see the business of real estate from all aspects to help provide his clients the highest level of service.   He uses this knowledge to not only help his clients but also to empower them by encouraging clients to learn more about real estate when they are in the process of buying or selling.  Joseph is passionate about the city of Philadelphia and highlighting all it has to offer.

As a graduate of Penn State University, I decided to move to the Philadelphia area in 2005 to pursue a career in real estate. Licensed since 2005, I quickly put my real estate degree to the test in a hot market. Since then, I have sold over $100 million in real estate in Philadelphia, Montgomery and Delaware counties. Over the past 5 years, I have sold an average of 35 homes per year and eclipsed the $11 Million mark in sales in 2018.  

As a partner in the MyPhilly.House team, I strive to provide clients with the highest level of service. I enjoy helping buyers search for their dream home, negotiate an offer, and navigate them through the home buying process. When representing a seller, my focus is finding the right buyer and negotiating a fair price based on the current market conditions. I also work with numerous investors & landlords, assisting them in keeping their cash flow properties full of great tenants.  

I am proud to be part of Keller Williams Realty, which is now one of the largest real estate firms selling residential and commercial real estate in southeastern Pennsylvania.  We have the experience from selling thousands of homes. Chances are there isn't any inspection, radon, termite, or mold problem that we haven't handled.

For the past 14 years, Rob and I have been helping clients find, rent and buy the homes they have been searching for.  With a strong knowledge of neighborhoods in and around the Philadelphia area, we have worked with many tenants and buyers who have relocated to our beautiful area. Our specialty is rentals in and around the Center City, Manayunk and Montgomery County areas as well as working with first time home buyers.

We have assembled a wonderful team with strong recommendations for mortgage brokers and home inspectors to assist in your first home purchase. We are happy to hold your hand through your new venture and make it our mission to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have throughout the entire process.

Nick Giuffre is a real estate sales agent licensed in PA and NJ.  He is originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania and studied finance at Penn State University.

Nick enjoys working with lxuury home buyers in the West Chester and Philadelphia area.  He is also our Jersey Shore specialist.  Whether you are looking for the perfect vacation home or investment property, Nick knows the shore. 

Nick's real passions are traveling and surfing, he has spent time in over 40 countries and loves experiencing new cultures and meeting new people.

Aaron C. Wallace has been in the real estate industry for 4 years. He is a motivated individual who is determined to work hand-in-hand with clients conducting and managing real estate transactions. People are his passion so he decided to go into the business of helping others make the biggest investment of their life.

Lindsay has a passion for Real Estate & Philadelphia. She has been working with sellers, buyers & investors in the Philadelphia area since 2011 and a Philly resident since 2006. Lindsay is known for her welcoming smile, positive personality, passion for the city lifestyle & professionalism when serving her clients. Lindsay prides herself on her relationships w/all clients by building trust, educating & listening to their needs. With her high level of professionalism and positive mindset, Lindsay makes the home sale process enjoyable for all clientele.

Ana is a long-time resident of the Philadelphia area, attended Saint Joseph's University and has been a fantastic addition to the MyPhilly.House family.  Ana's roots are in the Dominican Republic and her bi-lingual capabilities coupled with her incredibly quick ability to acclimate and eagerness to learn easily will put her on your short list of agents to interview.  Ana always has everyone's best interest at heart.  She is a excellent communicator with all walks of life and knows not only the world of residential real estate sales, but the ins and outs of the administrative functions associated with buying or selling your home.

In her spare time, Ana enjoys spending time with family, eating and dancing!  She and her husband also own a Philadelphia based CrossFit gym located in Manayunk and Pizza Jawn, a Philadelphia Pizza Pop-Up business specializing in Neapolitan Style pizza.  Ana savors moments spent with friends and family when trying new eateries in town and is a self-proclaimed "foodie!"  Her two kids take after her in their passion for music and dancing.  Watching them learn and grow is what Ana treasures most of all.Ana's fiery personality, dedication, attention to detail, hard work and ability to get the job done makes her a successful Realtor.  

As an insurance agency owner it is my passion to help individuals, families, and business owners protect their most valuable assets. Our specialty is working with home buyers and property owners in the Greater Philadelphia area. We take extreme pride in our alliance with realtors, loan officers, and insurance carriers within our footprint.

Bryan is selling in the luxury market in West Chester and graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Business Administration.  

Mike joins the MyPhilly.House team as a graduate of Lycoming College where is earned a BA in Liberal Arts and played on the football team. Mike also earned a Grad Certificate in Marketing from Cornell University.

Mike is licensed in PA and currently resides in Secane, PA.
