HOW MANY HOMES SHOULD I LOOK AT BEFORE I MAKE A DECISION?

HOW DO YOUR FEES WORK?

This is always a tough question.  In our current market of low inventory, sometimes you need to make a decision quickly... sometimes even within an hour of seeing the home.  There isn't a "minimum" number that you should see, but we recommend looking at least a few houses in the neighborhood before making your decision. 

Although it wouldn't be ideal, you can actually still look at other houses even once you are under contract to purchase a property.  You should never go into an agreement to purchase a house with the intention to terminate, but if you find your dream home and the only thing holding you back is that it's only the 2rd or 3rd house that you have seen, then you shouldn't loose it just to see other houses.  We are happy to continue to show you more homes even when you are under contract. 

There are no fees to buyers!  Absolutely $0 comes from any buyer.  We don't charge any "Broker Service Fee" and refuse to pull money out of a Buyer's pocket when it should all go towards your home purchase. 

We charge 6% to list your home for sale.  That is split as 3% to us for selling your home and 3% to the agent who represents the buyer.  When we do both sides of the deal, we drop our commission to 5%!  We also don't charge any "Broker Service Fee" to sellers and believe that we work off  the commission that we charge.
